Marble Pin

Bakery Pin
Ideal for all-purpose use, this lightweight maple cylinder is a favorite of chefs everywhere. Perfect for small jobs like rolling out individual pastry squares or cookie dough. The 2” diameter pin keeps hands close to the dough for detailed work.

French Pin
This lightweight maple pin is the preferred tool of chefs for rolling out thin piecrust. Tapered from the middle out to both ends, it permits easy rotation of the pin around the dough for rolling out perfect circles.

Comfort Pin
Our patented Comfort Pin is designed to be used without grasping the handle. Turned upside down, the molded handles act as a stand for easy storage. Barrels available in finished or unfinished solid rock maple.
