Organic Foods From Germany 

The organic market is booming the world over. This is particularly true in the U.S. where organic foods have now become part of the American mainstream. Demand for organic food in the U.S. has grown at a rate of 15-20 percent for the past 10-15 years. As demand now outstrips supply, U.S. manufacturers are increasingly looking to other countries to source organic ingredients. In light of its “green” and environmentally conscious character, Germany has an excellent reputation when it comes to organics and more than 1,800 companies offer 35,000 organic products with the so-called "Bio-Siegel" or organic label.
